Al Ahly forward Percy Tau scored a brace on Thursday night in a 4-1 win over Smouha to go joint top of the scoring charts in the Egyptian Premier League with his fifth goal in six matches.
In what was his second brace of the season the former Mamelodi Sundowns star helped fire his side five points clear at the top of the table.
Tau also went joint top goal scorer in the league, tie on five with Zamalek’s Zizo.
Mosimane’s chargers have now won six from six in the league and with Tau finding his feet they look ready to claw back the league title.
