Everton football club have been referred to the Premier League over alleged breaches of financial fair play rules.
This is due to Everton recording losses of over 300 million pounds in a three year period, with high fee player transfers the source of the financial breach.
The Toffees are in a relegation scrap and may face more misery in the future, with a potential points deduction all but condemning them to the Championship.
