Crystal Palace have secured the signature of Japanese international Daichi Kamada on a free transfer from Serie A side Lazio.

Kamada was a force in midfield for Crystal Palace coach Oliver Glasner during their time together in the Bundesliga at Mainz, with the 27-year-old regarded as one of the best in his position in Germany.
Palace have shown they have the potential to be a serious contender for European football since Glasner’s arrival and with the addition of Kamada, they have a real chance to progress up the table next season.
