Sky News have broken news that current Sporting manager Ruben Amorim has a verbal agreement to join Liverpool at the end of the season despite interest from Bayern Munich and Chelsea.

Amorim is currently on his way to winning his second Premeira Liga with Sporting sitting top of the table in Portugal and may be the perfect successor to Jurgen Klopp.
The Portuguese manager plays an attacking brand of football with a high-press and counterattacking style of play. This is in-line with the tactics Klopp has employed on Merseyside.
