The home side went behind as early as the ninth minute when Buhle Mkhwanazi’s own goal put the Super Eagles in the lead. South Africa levelled matters in the 26th minute following a sublime individual piece of skill by Percy Tau, who unselfishly laid Lebogang Mothiba off for the simplest of tap-ins.
