Mohamed Salah and Curtis Jones' scored goals that took Liverpool back to the the top of the Premier League table as the Reds crush Chelsea 2-1 at Anfield.
Liverpool record their seventh straight win across all competitions and their 10th win in 11 outings under coach Arne Slot. Slot’s Reds now lead Premier League champions Manchester City by a point at the conclusion of Sunday’s matchday eight.
As for Enzo Maresca’s men, their trip to Anfield brought to an end their seven-match unbeaten run despite their all-round impressive performance.
